Wall, roof or floor sections can be prefabricated prior to shipment to the job site.  Another part of ProFoam's foresight in construction is in electrical and plumbing.  These procedures have been greatly simplified, as the manufacturer can acid the electrical and plumbing before the panels are shipped or they can be installed by construction personnel on the job site. The electrical wiring and plumbing are installed prior to the plaster going over the steel wired polystyrene foam.

After the building is constructed, if there is ever a leak in a water pipe or a defective electrical wire, one can simply knock a hole in the wall with a hammer, remove or repair the bad pipe or wire, restore in inner insulation, plaster over the repaired area and repaint.  It becomes a simple method of repair rather than a complicated procedure.
